IHME Helsinki 2025: The Forest – Feedback Discussion

You are warmly welcome to join a feedback discussion about Zhanna Kadyrova’s The Forest at 17:00–19:00 on Monday, 29 September in the Steam Power Plant at the Power Plant Museum (Hämeentie 163, Helsinki).

The aim of the discussion is to share experiences of The Forest, the emotions and thoughts that it evokes. At the same time, it will give participants an opportunity to add to their exhibition experience and understanding of the work’s impact and significance. The discussion will be conducted according to the principles of constructive conversation, applying the method of Timeout discussion.

The discussion will be facilitated by IHME Helsinki’s Communications Planner, Saara Moisio, and recorded for feedback report. Participants will not be identifiable from the report.

For those registered for the discussion, the exhibition will open at 17:00, with half an hour reserved for viewing. The discussion will begin at 17:30. If you have already seen the exhibition, you can arrive at 17:30.

Come and share your experience, and hear how others have experienced the Commission. The discussion will be in Finnish or English, depending on the participants. The discussion will take place when there are at least three participants.
