Welcome to IHME!
Hiring interns is an fundamental part of IHME Helsinki’s operations. By recruiting interns, IHME Helsinki promotes equality in its operations and offers the interns a chance to get acquainted with working in a contemporary-art organization.
Want to spend time getting to know about cultural work in practice? For many pupils in their final year at comprehensive school work experience (TET, in Finnish) is their first real taste of working life.
What is Kulttuuri-TET?
The idea behind Kulttuuri-TET (Cultural Work Experience) is to give young people a chance to spend time getting to know about working life, during which they are involved in developing the operations of a cultural institution or some other organization in the sector. Small groups of young people come in for periods of 1–2 weeks and are given their own project for the duration.
From time to time, we are looking for more staff to help with our commission productions. If you are interested in working at IHME Helsinki, follow our news and social media channels or subscribe to our newsletter!
